Meditation
I know meditating is good for us and when I do it, I feel really good (mentally). It is just so very hard to quiet my little brain and sit still at the same time! I'm totally ADD and I think it is getting worse as I get older, I'm not sure why? Making lists everyday does help, I do like to cross things off as I go, that gives me instant gratification. I find that praying (meditating) before I get out of bed in the morning really helps start my day in a positive manner.
