Yogurt
This greek yogurt is a staple in my house. Yogurt has a great amount of protein and is low in fat, I eat it daily, in some way shape or form. The probiotic factor is extremely helpful for any stomach issues you may have, or yeast infections for that matter. Yogurt has what they call healthy bacteria to help boost your immune system. Now, I am by all means not a doctor, but I've read enough about it and know that it has helped me tremendously. I have never tried this but I do know  some women use it vaginally to help with yeast infections. There are so many benefits to it,  so why not try it. I myself like to fake my family out and put it in a sour cream container, they have no idea they are eating yogurt and not sour cream:)
